If you struggle with being present during coaching sessions, then tap into a coaching style that is open, flexible, grounded, and confident. You really can stay focused and remain fully conscious with your clients during each session, and today, we'll show you how. Not only will you benefit from maintaining presence throughout coaching sessions, but also your clients will reap great rewards from what you sow.

Lean in and learn:

  • How you can be fully present and tuned into your client's agenda so you can hold the coaching process while your client determines his or her progress.

  • In/outs of creating and allowing space for comfortable silence so you and your client can hear what's not being said as well as important nuggets of truth crucial to the coaching conversation.

  • The benefits of curiosity, stability, and security that come when the coach manages his/her emotions while remaining focused and observant with empathy and responsiveness.
