My mission is to coach individuals for intentional, authentic living. This mission is accomplished through workshops, speaking, writing and coaching.

My Experience and Education
For over twenty years I have trained leaders and have helped people grow. My experience includes working with a large financial corporation, a top five international law firm and as the Assistant Pastor of a church. I am a graduate of the Institute for Life Coach Training and a faculty member of the Professional Christian Coaching Institute. I also have earned a Master’s degree in Education, the Professional Certified Coach (ICF) designation and Professional Certified Christian Coach designation. My experience also includes over 120 hours of coach specific training and over 800 hours of coaching clients.

Because of my diverse background, I am able to help clients effectively address all aspects of life.

About Dr. Ann Tsen:

Dr. Ann Tsen is a board certified internist, a Physician Life and Leadership Coach, a licensed coaching trainer and a founding member of the Christian Medical and Dental Association (CMDA) Life and Leadership coaching program. She also an Associate Certified Coach and licensed coaching trainer with the International Coach Federation (ICF). She serves on the advisory council for CMDA’s Women Physicians in Christ ministry and has acted as a campus advisor, meeting host and student mentor for the local medical student chapter of CMDA, along with her physician husband, for many years. She is also experienced in domestic and international medical missions. She currently practices part time at a faith based charity clinic where she uses coaching to help patients improve their health outcomes. Dr. Tsen and her husband have two young adult children. She is passionate about helping healthcare professionals align with God, optimize well-being and maximize influence through the ministry of coaching and coach training.

Others describe her as gracious and wise with a dramatic and creative flair. She is a farm girl at heart from rural Ontario, Canada, a storyteller and a sweet tooth.
