Coaching continues to grow at a rapid pace both locally and around the globe. Today’s guests, Brian and Debi Zaas share how Navigators is cultivating a coaching culture that allows them to shift from preaching, teaching, mentoring, or discipline only focus to employing coaching competencies to successfully reach over cultural lines and into the hearts of many.
Lean in and learn:
How to have a better awareness of other cultures and cultivate an appreciation of the nuances and differences that make people unique
Not only how to build your own coaching skill set but also call forth the coaching gifts and talents in others
How to lead through influence, using a coaching model, so you and your organization can multiply and accelerate the global Christian coaching movement
