What if building a coaching business wasn’t an “either/or” proposition but a “both/and”? What might be possible if you could continue using your current skill set and add coaching to it? In today’s episode, Nathan Kreger, a multi-passionate entrepreneur, takes us behind-the-scenes of his hybrid coaching business and shares some practical steps to consider if this sounds like a fit for you.

We’ll unpack:

- How past contacts and contracts contain clues on creative ways to serve your clients.

- How to match your passions with a marketplace problem you can solve.

- Ways to build a flexible, nimble coaching business that will support you until you retire.

About Nathan Kreger:

Nathan Kreger is a business coach and consultant to independent service professionals and small businesses with 10-100 employees. He’s a small business change agent, student of marketing, speaker, and above anything else, a passionate entrepreneur.

A Professional Certified Coach through the ICF with Masters degrees in both Organizational Leadership and Practical Theology, Nathan is a zealous believer in free enterprise and entrepreneurship, and is devoted to creating healthy work environments with freedom and flexibility.

In addition to his coaching & consulting business, Nathan also serves as the Chief Information Officer at Professional Christian Coaching Institute. If you’ve been to our website or receive our periodic promotional offerings, you have seen some of his handiwork – he keeps things humming on the back-end of all-things-tech here at the Institute.

Nathan is happily married to his sweetheart, Erin, and they have two beautiful children. Erin serves on our support staff, and together she and Nathan lead worship in the praise band at their church.
