Do you know what coaches aren't supposed to do? Listen in on a Master-Full coaching session and notice what the coach doesn't do, so you can effectively work with clients who have a lack of clarity on their hopes and dreams.

You'll also glean valuable insights on what to do:

~ Ask the client to explore, not explain, more about his or her goal so you can build trust and intimacy by creating a supportive environment that builds ongoing respect and trust.

~ Forward the client's actions by asking powerful questions so you can establish your coaching presence and employ a relational style of communication that will deepen the client's learning.

~ Develop a coaching style that allows the client to have "lightbulb moments" that will bring them more clarity on their hopes and dreams.

Have you ever dreamed of making a difference in the world without leaving your home? Have you ever wanted to influence the world through missions but don't have the time, energy, or money to travel? There's a way to do both. In today’s episode, you’ll hear real stories of applied coaching in difficult situations, receive a beautiful blessing given in Zulu, and discover:

  • How to effectively support missions as you serve missionaries in a way that helps them live longer and stronger.
  • The unique challenges of coaching missionaries and how cooperative efforts can build your business and your reach.
  • Insight into why there's a 70% burnout rate among missionaries and how to help them not only survive but thrive!

About Don & Kathy Mingo

Serving cross-culturally in another country presents unique challenges, problems, stresses, and dangers. We’ve been there! God calls us now to help other missionaries through coaching and care so they can serve longer and stronger.

Numerous missionaries share their need for help in marriage, personal life, and finances. Conflict between missionaries is common and a major hindrance to the Gospel. Missionaries are extraordinary people who often experience high levels of stress, conflict, and danger.

Kathy and I are uniquely prepared to help missionaries struggling on the field. As we answer God’s calling for missions once again, we ask for your prayer and financial assistance. As missionaries of the Baptist Bible Fellowship International we, like all our missionaries, raise funds to support ourselves and ministry.

Have you ever heard of a travel coach? Chances are you’re familiar with travel agents and people who give travel advice. But there’s a way to receive highly personalized service so you can identify the things you most desire to gain from travel; and then co-develop trips that are truly life-changing!

Tune in to learn more:

  • Understand the differences between travel coaching and travel agents.
  • How to find purpose by incorporating travel plans that honor your highest values.
  • Gain insights into how to travel inexpensively with a large family.

About Dale and Michelle Barlett:

Connecting Life with Travel is more than a tagline. Dale and Michelle Bartlett have proven that anyone, especially families of any size on any income, can travel the world for just the cost of food and fun. This is why they created TravelingU. For nearly 20 years they have explored this world, traveling to over 30 countries. To some that might not seem like a lot, to others, that might seem impossible. They have learned a great deal from their travels, about society, about life, and it is what they have learned and the why they travel, which they love to share with others. The how is actually the easy part. The why on the other hand has changed their family's life and lives of others forever.

The Bartletts have homeschooled their four children (all of whom are now married) and have traveled with them throughout the world on a shoestring budget; but you would think, they spent tens of thousands of dollars. They have proven time and time again that you can travel to Europe for three weeks with six people for less than $2,500.00 total. Including air, hotels, food, transportation, and more! They have shown others how to do this through their books, speaking engagements, website, blogs, and through their travel coaching. They are proud to have created a travel vision for others that puts the world in reach and into perspective and one that celebrates the good in the world and people. Let them help you create your travel vision and bring your travel wishes into reality: www.travelingU.com

  • Develop a sound agreement and check in with the client on progress
